A family. A covenant. A home with the door wide open.
The Difference Is HIM was founded by Neil and Kristie Rosado in Oklahoma. But it didn't start with a business plan. It started with a covenant. Signed at our kitchen table. Before the first app. Before the first dollar.
"He must become greater; I must become less." John 3:30
We didn't start a company.
We signed a covenant.
Long before the first line of code, before the first hoodie design, before any app appeared in any App Store, we sat at our kitchen table in Oklahoma and wrote down a promise.
The promise was simple, and it cost us everything in advance: whatever this thing becomes, we give the firstfruits to His work. Not the surplus. Not the leftover. The first.
Neil signed it. Kristie signed it. We didn't have a business yet. We had no subscribers, no revenue, no apparel orders, no investors. What we had was a quiet conviction that anything we built had to be built God's way from the start, or it wasn't worth building at all.
That covenant is now a real document. It's in the LLC's records. It's framed on our wall. It's published on this site for anyone to read. And it's the thing that holds the entire company together.
We didn't start a company. We signed a covenant. The business came after. A vessel, not a venture.
Neil & Kristie Rosado
Neil leads the technology and the apps. He's the builder. The one who turns a calling into code, an idea into a working product. Family Labs is his workshop. He cares deeply about doing the unsexy parts well: privacy, trust, family-safe AI, age-appropriate content. He believes engineers can serve God in ways the world rarely sees.
Kristie leads Hope for Her Heart, the women's ministry at the center of the home. Her three-season framework walks alongside faith-filled women who are in, or have survived, seasons of storm. Hers is the more emotional voice of the brand. She's the one who sees a hurting woman and sits down beside her.
Roman is our son. The Roman moment, when his eyes went wide hearing his name in a bedtime story, is the founding spark of TDIH Family Labs. We protect his privacy carefully. He's a child, not a brand. But you'll feel his presence in everything we build for children.
We live in Oklahoma. We are believers. We are imperfect. We are trying.
A Christ-centered
family formation home.
We're not a Christian content company. We're not a faith app startup. We're not a women's ministry. We're not a church. We're not a clothing brand. We are something stranger and bigger than any of those things.
We are a home. With rooms.
One room is for personal devotion. Another is for women in storms. Another is for children at bedtime. Another is for couples on the path. Another is for ministries needing a hand. Some rooms are open today; others are still being built. Every room serves a different person in a different season. And every room leads back to the same center: Jesus.
The website is the front door. The apps are tools inside the rooms. The apparel is what you wear walking out. The covenant is the frame the whole house is built on.
Every heart in the family has a path back to Jesus. Every path leads back to HIM.
Four ways we pour ourselves out.
SHED is the mission model under everything we do. Not a tagline. A posture. We shed what we have so others may rise.
From the kitchen table
to the wider home.
The covenant is signed
At our kitchen table in Oklahoma, before the LLC was formed and long before any product existed, Neil and Kristie sign the firstfruits commitment that becomes the foundation of every decision since.
