Who We Are
The Difference Is HIM, LLC (TDIH Family Labs) is a faith-based technology company founded by Neil Rosado in Oklahoma. We build AI-powered apps that strengthen families, hide scripture in children's hearts, and point every user back toward Jesus, the one who is the actual difference in every life we touch.
The Covenant
Before this company earns its first dollar, we make this commitment to God, to the Christian community we serve, and to every subscriber whose subscription makes this possible:
- We give from the firstfruits, not the surplus. The transfer happens before owner's pay.
- We maintain a dedicated TDIH Ministry Fund, separate from all operating funds.
- We reserve 10% of net revenue for business reinvestment to sustain the giving engine.
- We publish an annual giving report every January: total given, partners funded, lives reached.
- We increase our giving percentage at each milestone and never decrease it.
- We will not let growth pressures justify delay in the sacred call to give.
The Escalating Generosity Model
As God grows this business, our giving grows with it. The following schedule is binding and public, published annually so our subscribers can hold us accountable:

The Declaration
Our apps exist to strengthen families and point every user back toward Jesus. Our giving exists to do the same thing with money. Every KidVerse subscription helps fund a missionary. Every Lampside story told at bedtime helps plant a church. Every One Flesh devotional helps put a Bible in the hands of a child who has never held one.
We do not give from the surplus. We give from the firstfruits, because the difference has always been HIM.
