What devices does Dreamspun work on?
Dreamspun is available on iPhone and iPad, requiring iOS 16.0 or later. Android support is on the roadmap but not yet available. Tap any "Download" button to install from the App Store.
What ages is Dreamspun for?
Dreamspun is designed for children ages 3 to 8. The story styles and tone scale across that range. Lullaby tends to fit younger children. Classic Fable fits older ones. Parents are always in control of what's chosen.
How long are the stories?
Most stories are 4–7 minutes long. Lullaby stories tend to run shorter (3–5 minutes) since they're designed for falling asleep. Classic Fable runs longest (6–8 minutes) for full adventure arcs.
Are the stories appropriate? Who's reviewing them?
Every story is generated within strict family-friendly guidelines: no scary content, no violence, no inappropriate themes. The morals are positive and gentle. We continuously refine the system to keep stories warm, safe, and age-appropriate.
How does Dreamspun protect my child's privacy?
Dreamspun stores only what's needed to deliver stories: your child's first name, the choices you make, and the stories themselves. We never sell data, ever. Read the full privacy policy →
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles all subscription refunds. To request one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your Dreamspun purchase, and request a refund. We can't process refunds directly, but Apple usually responds within 48 hours.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → tap Subscriptions → find Dreamspun → tap Cancel Subscription. Your subscription continues through the current billing period and then ends.
